2. Principles

This website deliberately does without third-party tracking services, advertising cookies and analytics tools. No cookies are set for marketing or analytics purposes. The website can be used without a consent banner.

3. Server log files

When you visit the website, the hosting provider (ALL-INKL.COM, René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany) automatically processes technical access data (e.g. IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser type). This data serves to ensure operation and is not combined with other data sources. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website).

4. Contact form for location partners

If you contact us via the partner form, we process the data you provide (name, company, contact details, information about the site) solely to handle your enquiry and to assess a possible cooperation. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures). The data is not passed on to third parties and is deleted once communication has concluded, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

5. Early-access list for guests

If you sign up for our early-access list, we process your email address and, if provided, your preferred region in order to inform you about the opening of the first locations and to send you the announced introductory offer. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future, e.g. by email to hello@nordkur.com. Early-access list data is stored separately from partner enquiries and is not combined with them.

6. Recipients and transfers to third countries

Your personal data is only transferred to third parties where this is necessary to handle your enquiry (e.g. email provider). The controller is based in Switzerland. Switzerland is covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission; no further transfer to third countries outside the EU/EEA takes place.

7. Retention period

Personal data is only stored for as long as necessary for the stated purposes or as required by statutory retention obligations.

8. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing (Art. 21). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
